Salam Aidilfitri everyone. The semester will starts soon. So here’s the important informations for all of you. 

GRADUATES

1) Freshers’ Folder Collection– for those of you who have not collect

Date: 4th Aug – 27th Aug 2014

Time: Office Hours

Venue: Counter S, Student Central, Student Affairs’ Section.

 

2) Freshers’ Folder Submission– for those of you who have not submit the forms

Date: 4th Aug – 27th Aug 2014

Time: Office Hours

Venue: Counter S, Student Central, Student Affairs’ Section.

List of forms

i) Pink Form – Checklist form

ii) Personal details – passport photo need to be attached with UHU Stic glue 

iii) CE Form (for Student Card) – the passport photo need to be clipped with the form

iv) Student’s Health Record form 

v) Oath Form 

vi) AIA Insurance – attached the photocopy of the recipt.

 

3) LDP Briefing 

Date: 27th August 2014

Time: 2PM

Venue: Multi-Purpose Hall, Student Affairs Section.

 

4) Module Registration / Add/Drop Module 

Date: 4th August 2014 – 16th Aug 2014

How: Online GIS System 

Need help? Seek your Assistant Registrar of your respectives’ faculty

  1. Hey a undergraduate freshee here,
    So I have some questions,
    1) When do we register for MIB timeslot and know where our classes are.
    2) Is there any event next week for freshers? If not I assume class will start and we have to find our classes?
    3) I checked the timetable for GENext and it says my class is at FSM for one of my module, what does the FSM stand for?

    • Hi.🙂 let us answer your question according to the bullet points

      1) registering for MIB slot is inshaaAllah macam biasa every Saturday. MIB slot pilih time Lecturenya which is on tuesday
      2) Class starts usually with the lecturers’ brieifngs
      3) Ingat ku FSM is at FOS tingkat 2. Insya-Allah. FSM means FOS Maths Section usually the middle of the FOS Building where it is nearest to the elevator.

      At anytime these may change because it is all up to your lecturer. Hope this is helpful
